How Does The 8 to 12 Channel Mixer Fader Repair Work?
Once our repairers get your 8 to 12 Channel Mixer on their desk, they will test it out to confirm the fault. They will then disassemble the mixer to get to the right part for repair, cleaning internally as they go to get rid of any dust build up etc.
All faders tend to be soldered to the board so they will desolder the old fader and solder in a new one. They then verify the new fader is working using a multimeter before reassembly.
The 8 to 12 Channel Mixer is then reassembled and tested again to ensure the repair is a success before cleaning the device externally and sending it through to the packing team.
