Collections

We have 2 methods of collection. 

1 - DPD collect from shop. This is our free option included with our service. 

When you have placed your order, we will email you a QR code, or if you prefer a label to print at home. There are thousands of shops across the country acting as drop off points for DPD. You can find the closest one to you on this link: https://pickup.dpd.co.uk/

You are responsible for packing your device securely. It must be in a box, a padded envelope won't do. It must also have sufficient padding so the device is not able to bounce around inside the box. It must also be taped securely so it doesn't open up in transit. 

2 - DPD SwapIt. This is a premium service with a surcharge which can be added on during checkout. 

DPD will come to your door with a secure, lockable box which has foam padding inside. They will pack the device securely for you. There are size restrictions and the biggest box we can send has the longest length of 65CM. So if your device is larger than 65CM on any one side, we unfortunately cannot offer this service. 

Delivery

Deliver is with DPD and to your door. We will ensure your device is properly packed before dispatch. 

DPD offer options for you to reroute your delivery if needed. Please check their tracking emails for more information.
