How Does The DJ CDJ Button Repair Work?
Once our repairers get your DJ CDJ on their desk, they will test it out to confirm the fault. They will then disassemble the controller to get to the right part for repair, cleaning internally as they go to get rid of any dust build up etc.
All buttons and knobs tend to be soldered to the board so they will desolder the old button and solder in a new one. They then verify the new button is working using a multimeter before reassembly.
The DJ CDJ is then reassembled and tested again to ensure the repair is a success before cleaning the device externally and sending it through to the packing team.
