How Does The Home Stack System Button Repair Work?
Once our repairers get your Home Stack System on their desk, they will test it out to confirm the fault. They will then disassemble the Stack System to get to the right part for repair, cleaning internally as they go to get rid of any dust build up etc.
All buttons and knobs tend to be soldered to the board so they will desolder the old button and solder in a new one. They then verify the new button is working using a multimeter before reassembly.
The Home Stack System is then reassembled and tested again to ensure the repair is a success before cleaning the device externally and sending it through to the packing team.
