How Does The iPad Pro 11" 1st Generation Inspection Option Work?
Once our repairers get your iPad Pro 11" 1st Generation on their desk, they will test it out to diagnose the fault. They will then write a report for you and quote for the repairs.
The inspection fee goes towards the repair price, so isn't an additional charge.
If you decline the repair, there is no extra fee and the iPad Pro 11" 1st Generation will be returned to you. You only pay the balance of the repair fee once the iPad is repaired and fully tested.
