How Does The iPhone 12 Pro Max Rear Camera Replacement Option Work?
The first thing we do before any repair is test the iPhone to confirm the fault. We then remove the old iPhone 12 Pro Max camera glass lens. We swap the broken lens for a new one, test the picture quality and seal it back down. The iPhone 12 Pro Max then goes down to our testing bench where all functions are tested prior to dispatch.
Sometimes the actual camera gets damaged if it isn't covered with the lens. Usually this would require a camera replacement to solve due to the special coating on the cameras. It can't always be cleaned if it is scratched.
