How Does The Meta Quest 2 Charging Port Repair Option Work?
Once our repairers get your Meta Quest 2 on their desk, they will test it out to diagnose the fault. They will then strip it down to get to the charging port. It quite a lengthy job.
Once there, the port is replaced and tested.
The Meta Quest 2 then needs to be reassembled for proper testing where they use a meter to ensure the correct voltage and current is being drawn through the port.
