How Does The Meta Quest 2 Battery Replacement Option Work?
Once our repairers get your Meta Quest 2 on their desk, they will test it out to diagnose the fault. They will then strip it down to get to the battery. It quite a lengthy job.
Once there, the battery is replaced and tested.
The Meta Quest 2 then needs to be reassembled for proper testing where they will test the device out for a period of time to make sure the battery is lasting well.
