How Does The PS4 Laser Replacement Option Work?
Once our repairers get your PS4 on their desk, they will test it out to diagnose the fault.
The PS4 is then stripped down to the disk drive. We open the disk drive out and replace the laser. We clean the console out as we go too.
Once replaced, we reassemble the PS4 to test it is now reading discs.
