How Does The PS5 Pro HDMI Port Replacement Option Work?
Once our repairers get your PS5 Pro on their desk, they will test it out to diagnose the fault.
The PS5 Pro is then stripped down to remove the motherboard. We clean the device as we go and check the liquid metal too as some consoles arrive with dry spots on the APU which can cause overheating. Once we get the board out we can desolder the old port and replace with a new one.
We then reassemble the console and test it out.
